Our installers start by removing all the old material, stripping back the first 2 rows of tiles and cutting back the old tatty tile underlay. They will then inspect the rafters for any rotting and replace as necessary and install packers to the sides of the end rafters so when nailing in the new fascia, you will get a nice secure fixing. Every installation will have eaves protection combined with an over fascia ventilator and optional bird comb. Next the new UPVC soffit and fascia goes on both available in a wide variety of colours to suit your house. Next the gutters are professionally installed as to give them the correct fall to allow the rain water to dispel. Any verges that need relaying will be done and the whole site is left clean and tidy.
